Granite Install...

We had a client that was in major need of a new countertop. If ever there was a crucial time to remember a "before" shot it was this job. Sadly... We forgot. Just imagine a sweet tile countertop with huge grout lines and 4x4" chipped travertine tiles. A bowed, from moisture, wood edge. To top it off... Painted grapes.... Yep... It was pretty! We called MGS by Design because they came highly recommended. Right before I headed out to meet with Stephanie I checked her blog... And saw this post... The heavens parted and the next day we were off to check out this beautiful slab of Delicatus Granite that was on sale from a misshap on a previous job.

It was beautiful!

(Side note... I would love to use that recycled glass countertop in a bathroom..)

Beautiful movement with gorgeous color and undertones.

We were able to get two double vanities and two single vanities with this stone.

The Delicatus has tiny sections of glimmer... (Not sure the actual term)... That catch the light just perfect.

These vanities went from screaming 1992... To updated and beautiful!

Clients thrilled, we are thrilled... And would use MGS by Design for all of our projects!

MGS also provided the sinks at a great price and they are beautiful!

  1. They all look beautiful!
I like how it looks like a totally different stone in the Master and Basement Bath.
