How we spent our Labor Day!

We woke up to a phone call from my mom saying the pool party at her house was cancelled, due to a pipe bursting somewhere around the house.
So Drew being the great guy he was, gave up his hike and day off to help my dad dig.
So they dug.... And dug... And dug...
..... And dug.....
And as of right now they are still digging to find the broken pipe!
Their captive audience!
My parents neighbors brought us over some produce from their garden! Worth it! .... Oh wait we might have found the leak! ( I use the term 'we' loosely!)

I love when Drew comes to work with me! He can figure out all of the lego sets!
Play Peter and Johnny's game 'Pillow Monster'...

Tonight he taught Josh and Caleb how to fly fish!
He is so great to have around, and makes my job a breeze!
And just look how cute Gracie is! Ketchup on her face and all! I probably should have wiped it off her face, before I took the picture! She's just too darn cute!
And here is the picture that Gracie insisted she needed of her toes!
I LOVE my job!

Oh Those Summer Days!

When fun is sticking leaves to your face!
Don't mind the Dwight Schrute hairdo. Peter just got back from swim lessons!
Learning how to do the slide all by yourself at 1 years old!
And having the time to find great pictures of you and your grandpa!
Man I miss him!
But I still love summer!

Just One of Those Amazing Days!

Well this day actually started with Jane (the little girl I babysit) getting baptized! It was such a fun thing to see! I forgot to get a picture of Jane in her cute dress!
Then later that afternoon we went to a French Circus, Cirque Eloize. It was like a mini Cirque Du Soliel!
We got student tickets and they were super cheap! It was so incredible! Its truly remarkable what some people are capable of making their bodies do!
Then to make the day even more amazing we spent some quality at the Apple Store! You can't beat that!
Then on our way home we happened upon our own little show of Urban Mountain Biking!
Drew and I have been enthralled with this since our first Banff Film Festival!
It's even better in person!
The it was off to Tulie Bakery! (thanks Katie for the introduction!)
For an incredible fruit tart and cupcake! They were even better then they look!
Then it was off to watch these two/too cute girls! It was the best day, with the BEST company!

Chuck-e-Cheese!

Who doesn't have the best childhood memories at Chuck-e-Cheese?! I know I do, and one of them includes my friend who is not my cousin with her other cousin... Did you follow? ha ha
Anyway I get to relive those same fantastic memories now!

Josh and Gracie just making some memories!! It is so funny to see the intensity in little kids trying to earn as many tickets as the machines will spew out!

Josh has gotten this system down... And I have figured out a little bit of the Chuck-e-Cheese magic myself... You can go up and ask for coupons... So instead of paying almost $50 for 100 tokens, you can ask for the $15 coupon, you buy 40 tokens and get 60 free.... Total score!

Josh's tickets.... The kid wastes no time in just getting to it!

Picking out the treasures! What a great place!
