What do you do at an Olympic Party... Well the obvious answer is you dress up as athletes! So we pulled out the old 'team uniform' and went to celebrate!

Why We Love Ogden Pt. 3

Because on Saturday mornings we get to see things like this!

Dog Park!

Caesar's Food for a day!

Well if we aren't at work, or in Ogden, or sleeping you could probably find us at the dog park! We're obsessed!

Caesar and Meghan at the dog park... Meghan was sad because Caesar splashed her!

Meghan teaching Caesar how to swim!! It's official now, we have a swimming dog! He loves to retrieve sticks in the pool! We love our dog!

The House!!

Well we are just about to wrap up on the house... It's been a little while since we updated so we just thought we would add some pictures of the house...

We are going to put some mulch underneath each of the windows and plant some flowers, to give the house a little more curb appeal... We love the way the door turned out!

The front room before...

We tore up the carpet, removed the "poncho" or whatever that thing is that was hanging over the window! Sanded the floor, sanded and patched the walls and primed and painted.

The room is almost done, we just need to stain the floor and the electrician is coming to install a light...

We took out the old appliances, ripped up the counter top... Did some heavy duty cleaning! Primed and painted the walls.... Refaced the cabinets, and drawers... Tiled the floor!

We now just need to grout the tile, someone is installing the counter top... And then move the new appliances in!

Look at the amazing patch work Brad did on that HUGE hole!! We ripped up carpet, scrapped floors, patched walls, primed and painted, and the laid the new carpet!

Again some major cleaning, ripped up carpet, took off wallpaper, scraped floor, painted and laid new carpet!

Family room during... We installed a little bar on the end of the counter, and tiled underneath it!

This is probably a first time in a long time that this room has been clean enough to lay on!

New windows, and those boxes are the new toilets, sinks and vanities for the bathrooms!

Again during the carpet installation! It looks amazing now!

Is now the Master Bathroom!! We still need to paint and patch around where the shower was installed. And grout the tile, and install the sink and toilet! Then we are DONE!!!!

Sad Times...

Something happened to our blog background..... It just disappeared!! And I LOVED it....

I guess we'll figure out how to move on... It will be hard, but I'm sure we can make it...

Almost There!!!

After: Outside (sorry I didn't do it in the best lighting so the house looks really washed out, and the redd door doesn't look as good as it does in person, you get the idea!) We still need do some landscaping, and touch-up...

We painted and patched the walls, ripped up the old carpet, and replaced the window.

Now we just need to lay the carpet...

That is just a tiny snippet of what is done in the house... The cupboards are hung, all the walls are painted. Light fixtures are in, this week we (and by that I mean Andrew) will lay the carpet pad and carpet, and work on the tile! Then we will install the counter tops, and will be ready to sell...

After a hard days work sometimes you just want to throw on your redd t-shirt and relax!! At least that's what we do here in the Hogan Home!
